Lance is amazing – he knows his stuff. He takes the time to learn what I want and works hard to get me that. I randomly was matched with him when I was looking for a condo in 2015 – I used him to buy that condo and since have used him to sell that condo and buy another one in 2021. He knows the market and how to negotiate. He won’t let you overpay and won’t let you buy something that he knows just is not right for you. I greatly appreciate how easy he – and his entire team – make the buying and selling process. They are responsive, accommodating, proactive, and practical in their approach. Their collective advice and expertise was paramount in ensuring that I was satisfied with what I got out of the home buying / selling proces.
